Delivery Information   We currently send orders all over the world.   UK Orders are sent using: Royal Mail - 1st Class Recorded Delivery Royal Mail Special Delivery or, Courier   Rest Of The World Orders are sent using: Royal Mail AirSure, Royal Mail Small Packets Courier   Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery   The items are delivered within 1 - 3 working days following dispatch (a signature is required).     Royal Mail Special Delivery   The items are insured and delivered the day after dispatch before 1pm ( a signature is required).     Courier (within the UK)   The items are delivered the day following dispatch between 9am and 3:00pm (a signature is required).   **Courier not currently available in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc. please choose Special Delivery     Royal Mail Airsure (International)   Europe - Items are delivered within 3 - 5 working days after the order has been dispatched. Rest of the World - Items are delivered within 5 - 10 working days after the order has been dispatched.   Royal Mail Small Packets   The items are delivered within 3 - 7 working days ater dispatch.     Courier   - France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands - 2-3 Days - Other European countries 4-5 Days (A signature is required)       Tracking Orders   If you register and create an account you can : Check the status of your order. Check and amend your personal details. Check the status of your order. Check your past order history. Receive special prices and discounts by signing up to different memberships.     Methods Of Payment   We fulfill orders from anywhere in the world. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling but conversion rates of the day will apply to orders that are placed outside the U.K. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Postal Orders (UK only), Bank Transfers and Western Union. Detailed information is emailed to you along with your invoice when you place your order. Payment always has to be received in full before orders are dispatched. Credit or Debit Cards Credit or Debit card payments are processed by SecureTrading™ in a completely secure environment. We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express. We require both the billing and shipping address of the credit card holder. If the name on the card is different from the name of the person placing the order, we reserve the right to call the card holder for further authorization.
