6.
Create
a braid using the two sections of the client’s natural hair and
lower half of the dread as your 3 strands of the braid. (To braid
you cross the outer sections of hair over the top of the middle
section in turn until you run out of hair).
When you reach the end of the natural hair secure
the braid with a small rubber band (preferably one that best matches
your clients hair and dreads).
Step
7.
Let
the top half of the dread, currently lying over the top of the
client head, fall down to hang over the top of the braided half.
